California has a new system for funding schools using a Local Control Funding Formula (LCFF). As part of the new system, every school is required to develop a plan to address the State’s Eight Priorities for education (this is called the Local Control Accountability Plan- LCAP). The LCAP aligns Empower Charter School’s educational goals with financial resources.

As part of the LCAP, we are gathering parent, student, staff, and community input via an anonymous survey. We appreciate you taking a few minutes to share your feedback with us. The data used will help shape our school’s goals and priorities for the upcoming year.

At the end of the school year, Empower will create an annual update that shows our progress towards the goals and actions in the plan. We will share this update with our stakeholders.
